Active Player, Non-Active Player (APNAP)

Priority and triggered abilities always follows the APNAP order.

The active player is the person whose turn it currently is. They go first, followed by opponents in turn order.

If a player has multiple simultaneous triggers, that player can choose the order they are added to the stack.

If multiple players have multiple triggers, the APNAP order is applied. The active player chooses the order of their own triggers and all are added to the stack. Opponents then do the same in turn order until all triggers are on the stack.

Example:

1. Active player trigger 1.
2. Active player trigger 2.
3. 1st opponent trigger 1.
4. (2nd opponent has no triggers).
5. 3rd opponent trigger 1.
6. 3rd opponent trigger 2.
7. 3rd opponent trigger 3.
